Shirley’s Fund Company is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in Michigan. EIN: 99-3010688. Our mission includes art therapy workshops, land conservation projects, food and toy drives, and other community initiatives.

2. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Donors will receive confirmation and, when eligible, a tax-deductible receipt via email.
• We reserve the right to reallocate funds to the area of greatest need if a project is fully funded or no longer feasible.

3. Events & Workshops

• Participation is at your own risk. Shirley’s Fund Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost property.
• We may establish safety guidelines that all participants must follow.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise noted.

4. Land & Conservation Projects

• Any land donations or partnerships will require separate written agreements.
• We cannot guarantee permanent use or maintenance of donated land; projects may evolve based on resources and community needs.
• Plant dedications (seeds, saplings, trees, groves) are symbolic. While we take care to maintain them, we cannot guarantee perpetual survival of individual plantings due to natural conditions.

5. Food & Toy Drives

• All items purchased with donated funds will be distributed to families in need at our discretion.
• We make every effort to ensure fairness and transparency but cannot guarantee donations will go to a specific individual or family unless expressly arranged.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Shirley’s Fund Company or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shirley’s Fund Company, its directors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, donations, participation in programs, or reliance on any information provided.
