Land Donation & Facility Partners

We’re seeking donated land or long-term access in Southeast Michigan to host art therapy workshops, community events, and conservation activities. EIN 99-3010688 • Contact [email protected]

Donate Land

Outright donations of land can qualify for a charitable tax deduction. We’ll evaluate suitability for workshops, gatherings, and conservation.

Provide Long-Term Access

Offer use via no-cost lease, easement, or MOU. Great for parks, faith centers, schools, or private owners who want impact without transferring title.

Host Events

Allow us to host periodic art therapy workshops or planting days on your property with agreed scheduling and guidelines.

What We’re Looking For
  • Location in Southeast Michigan (flexible within driving distance).
  • 1–100+ acres preferred; smaller urban sites considered for workshops.
  • Safe access, parking or nearby parking options.
  • Zoning that permits gatherings/workshops or conservation use.
  • Restrooms or ability to bring temporary facilities (nice to have).
Benefits to Partners
  • Charitable tax receipt for qualifying land donations.
  • Recognition options (Donor Wall, signage) — opt-in only.
  • Positive community impact: mental health, conservation, and youth programming.
  • Light-touch usage plans with agreed safety and stewardship guidelines.
How the Process Works
  1. Intro call and basic site details.
  2. Preliminary review (location, access, zoning, suitability).
  3. Site visit (as needed) and program fit discussion.
  4. Agreement: donation deed, access MOU, or event schedule.
  5. Launch: workshops, plantings, and community events.

Final arrangements vary by property and may require legal documentation. We’ll keep it as simple as possible.

Safety & Stewardship
  • We set clear participant guidelines and provide onsite coordination.
  • We carry appropriate organizational coverage (as available) and follow site rules.
  • Conservation plantings are symbolic dedications; survival of individual plants cannot be guaranteed due to natural conditions.
